David Stanton, Fine Gael TD for Cork East is calling for a Money Advice and Budgeting Service (MABS) office in East Cork. MABS offer financial advice to clients in relation to houshould budgets, mortgage payments and general finance. Despite a huge amount of people in the East Cork area experiencing financial difficulties due to redundancies and unemployment no MABS service is available locally.
